FAQ and Terms

  • What if I need services outside of your primary service area?

    We can still help!

Send us a message and we will work with you to get your notarization needs met, whether it be by us or whether we refer you to another local notary that we know and trust.

  • What happens after I schedule an appointment or contact you using the form?

I will be in touch via your preferred method of communication within 24 hours to answer any questions and determine the pricing that you can expect based on your situation.

Your appointment is confirmed once we have been in touch and have agreed upon a time and place that works for both of us.

  • Can you provide legal advice?

I'm here to help, but I'm not an attorney, so I can't provide legal advice.

  • Can you help me fill out my documents?

In my role as a Notary Public, I can't assist with document completion. You should reach out to your attorney, the document's source, or the agency receiving your documents for guidance.

My role as a Notary becomes relevant after all document-related tasks have been completed. Feel free to reach out when you're ready for notarization.

  • What should I do if I have questions about my specific situation?

For personalized guidance, please consult your attorney, as I am not authorized to provide advice tailored to your unique circumstances.

  • What if my notarization requires witnesses?

If your document requires witnesses, they can NOT be related to signer/s or be mentioned in documents.

Nurses/Medical staff will NOT sign as witnesses.

ALL signers MUST be present with valid State ID, Drivers License or Passport. No copies accepted.

(If signer’s ID is expired or not available, please contact us for instructions prior to booking appointment.)
