  • The Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent will uphold the highest standards of professional responsibility, ethical conduct, and promote the value of the profession, continually developing and refining their specialization within the estate planning industry.

  • The Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent will maintain all qualifications necessary to perform trust delivery services, including knowledge of legal, financial, and estate planning considerations.

  • The Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent will remain impartial and fair at all times, treating others as they would wish to be treated, and disclosing any potential conflicts of interest.

  • The Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent will comply with all laws, rules, and best practices that apply to the delivery and notarization of trust documents.

  • The Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent will not provide unauthorized legal, personal, financial, or other advice and will refrain from explaining the terms of any document presented to the client.

  • The Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent will not participate in any illegal, deceptive, or harmful act and will promptly report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities or contracting companies.
